Order Validation

Once we receive an order, we will check the information you gave us for validity by verifying your method of payment and shipping address. We reserve the right to reject for any reason any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit card will normally not be charged if we reject the order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance

Once Bodega Publishing receives an order, we send out an e-mail confirmation. Your receipt of this or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Credit and Debit Card Processing, and charges to PayPal or Google Checkout accounts.

All accounts are charged upon order completion. Should an item you purchase be out of stock at the time of your purchase, you will receive a notification from us and a choice as to whether you wish to wait for order fulfillment or cancel the out of stock item. Any item cancelled or return will result in prompt credit to the order method used at the time of purchase. Orders for products that we have shipped directly from the manufacturer, or drop shipped, will also be charged to your account when we place the order with the manufacturer.

Reviews, Comments, Emails, and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. All items purchased from Bodega Publishing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
